FRP reactor is a derivative of tank, usually replace enamel reactor, mainly with glass fiber reinforced material, high temperature resin as matrix material, a new type of composite FRP reaction tank, which is made by spraying lining process of steel mould and mechanical winding process controlled by computer, is often accompanied with high temperature,agitation vibration,slurry abrasion, etc.,it requires higher corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and abrasion resistance of the tank body, and higher requirements for the manufacturing process.
