FRP bromine towers
Glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) bromine tower equipment is mainly used to produce bromine. In order to ensure the bromine extraction rate, we have adjusted the spacing, direction, order and angle so as to acidify the brine first and then add chlorine to reduce the amount of chlorine in production.And we add annular baffle plate (efficiency enhancement ring) in the blowout tower and absorption tower, make the brine of the wall into the filler ring for secondary and third blowing,which avoid the bromine in the brine not being blown out and discharged with the waste water, resulting in waste of resources.

Glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) bromine tower equipment is mainly used to produce bromine. The performance characteristics of FRP bromine tower are as follows:
1) Good corrosion resistance: FRP is a good corrosion-resistant material, with good resistance to acid,alkali and salt of general concentrations, and has better corrosion resistance than metals.
2) Light weight and high strength: The relative density of FRP material is only 1/5-1/4 of that of carbon steel, and its tensile strength is close to that of carbon steel, and its strength can be compared with alloys.
3) Good thermal performance: The thermal conductivity of FRP is low, only 1/100-1/1000 of metal materials, making it an excellent thermal insulation material.
4)Deposition would not be easy to form: The surface of the FRP bromide tower is smooth compared to the metal material, and the deposition would not be easy to form.
5) Strong designability: FRP material has good designability, that is, it can be designed for its appearance, shape and connection methods, which can meet the requirements of customers for different products.
6) Good electrical insulation performance: FRP materials have good insulation characteristics.
7) High economy: The service life of FRP bromide tower can reach 20 years, while the current service life of metal materials is only 7-10 years.
